The date of Sri Ramnavmi comes on the navami (9th) day of shukla paksha of chaitra month. Sri Rama navami is celebrated as the birth day of lord ram. It is one of the famous festivals for Hindu devotees in India. It is the first festival that comes after the ugadi. Lord Rama is considered to be the reincarnation of Vishnu.
